Please note: Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we generally do not accept returns for unwanted items or a change of mind.
Exceptions:
We will happily offer a full refund or replacement in the following situations:
- Damaged or Wilted Flowers: If your flowers arrive damaged or wilted upon delivery, please contact us within 24 hours with a photo of the condition. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund for the flowers.
- Incorrect Order: If you receive an incorrect order due to our error, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct order to be delivered at no additional cost.
What to Do if You Need a Refund or Replacement:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at orders@pickarose.co.za or by calling us at +27 76 035 2686.
- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo if applicable.
- Our team will review your request and get in touch with you to discuss a resolution.
Non-Refundable Items:
- We cannot offer refunds for personalized items or custom arrangements.
- Delivery fees are non-refundable.
- Flowers that have wilted due to improper care are not eligible for refunds.
