Order Acceptance:
- Your order is a confirmation of your offer to purchase flowers and related products from Pick A Rose. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason.
Pricing & Payment:
- All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
- We accept secure online payments through (List accepted payment methods – e.g., credit card, debit card, etc.). You can also pay by phone or in cash at our shop.
- Payment is due in full at the time of order placement.
Delivery:
- We offer flower delivery throughout the Pretoria area. Delivery fees are calculated based on distance and urgency.
- Guaranteed same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2 pm on weekdays and 11 am on Saturdays. We recommend placing orders in advance for Sundays and public holidays.
- Deliveries are made to the address provided at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
- If the recipient is unavailable, our drivers will attempt to leave the flowers with a neighbour or at a secure location on the property.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather, traffic, or recipient unavailability.
Substitutions:
- We strive to use the freshest seasonal flowers in our arrangements. While we cannot guarantee specific flower types, we will always create a beautiful substitute using flowers of equal value and aesthetic if necessary. We’ll try our best to inform you of any substitutions beforehand.
Product Availability:
- We make every effort to maintain accurate stock levels on our website. However, there may be instances where a particular flower or product is unavailable. In such cases, we will offer a suitable substitute or provide a full refund.
Cancellations & Returns:
- Orders can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Please contact us by phone or email to cancel your order.
- Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we generally do not accept returns. However, if you’re unhappy with your order due to damaged or wilted flowers upon delivery, please contact us immediately. We’ll be happy to discuss a replacement or store credit.
Images & Descriptions:
- The images on our website are for reference only and the delivered flowers may vary slightly in colour, size, and arrangement.
- We strive to provide accurate descriptions of our products. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions.
Limitation of Liability:
